Cancellations
If you cancel and we receive your notice of trip cancellation two months prior-we refund all fees paid, less $100.00. Less than one month-no refund. If Grandkidsandme cancels an event, we will refund all paid fees.

Grandkidsandme registration form requires a user to provide contact information (such as your name and email address) and demographic information (such as your zip code). Contact information is used to inform you about changes and additional features and functionality as they are added to the site. Additional communications, from time to time, above and beyond regular newsletters may occur, as special items of interest are developed to meet the needs of the registered user community. 

The Gathering Newsletter
Registration users have the option of choosing to receive our newsletter. We do not sell your email addresses or pass your email addresses onto anyone. Users may "opt-out" (decline the option) of receiving future mailings.  The only exceptions would be for legal reasons.
