The Grandkidsandme Foundation is on the move with
“Generations in Motion”. You choose the
time and set your own method of exercise. Plan with your grandchild how you
will build your body and your grandparent-grandchild relationship. Teams will be “exercising”
around lakes and across town like never before having fun while improving
their overall health and fitness.
Throughout the summer of 2008, teams of grandparents and
grandchildren will be walking, riding bikes, swimming, skating, blading,
golfing “just
exercising together” to raise money through pledges per mile for
the non profit, Grandkidsandme Foundation.
Walk
Ride...Skate...Swim...Get Healthy...Just Move.
No one is too old, too busy or too out of shape to enjoy a little fresh air
and exercise with your grandchild.
We will culminate our
"exercising"
on Saturday, September 13th at St. Paul Midway Stadium. Everyone who
participates will receive a free t-shirt. You won't want to miss
bouncing houses, face painting, sports clinic, kid's dash, classic car show,
tailgating, food and entertainment.
All
proceeds will go to help strengthen intergenerational relationships through
Grandkidsandme programs.

our "Day of Celebration" and receive your free T-shirt on
